Re: Interview in naturalisation case

Never heard of an interview for Nat.

The best thing you can do is to explain your situation/case here and also explain why you think, they have called you for an interview. Once, background/case is understood people may be able to help you.

Re: Chapter 18 Annex B paragraph 7.5(g) of the BNA 1981

Thanks guys for the response above, its interesting! My understanding is HO wants us to wait 12 months but if we do apply before that they may use discretion purely depending on our luck/caseworker and in any case if those 12 months pass by while the application is with them, they have to approve t...

Re: Chapter 18 Annex B paragraph 7.5(g) of the BNA 1981

If delay occurs in terms of character checks and by the time application reaches caseworker, one may have completed 12 months holding ILR. Re: Chapter 18 Annex B paragraph 7.5(g) of the BNA 1981

Guys thanks for the update. I was going through timelines and I came across this, which I have copied and pasted below. It seems that 7.5g is a hit/miss case as with other things with UKVI. It depends on your luck/caseworker, I guess. Ged, have you already applied using 7.5g? Postby tchy » Wed Mar ...

Hi segs2tier1, Any news on your application? Cheers! Well, I applied today using the NCS based on the 15 month rule. The women at the NCS gave me a hard time saying my ILR had not been granted 12 months ago and there is still 4 months to go but I kept referring her to chapter 18, annex B para 7.5g o...
