ABSENCES

I have a total absences of 37 days abroad at one time in 5 years.Do i need a seperate letter from employer or I just to mention it in the application form with a passport in/out stamps.

Personally i think I dont need any letter for this.

INCREASE IN SALARY

Is any thing wrong to exclude the two kids from ILR when applying PEO on WP . My existing Leave will Expire in August 2011.
But I can apply 28 days before august on work permit on 20 July & can apply on 10 July on Long residence Rules.
Our leave expires at the same time for all of us.

My ILR is due in 18 July & I have three dependent (wife & two kids) I have a very little doubt regarding Earning requirements because my job title is not on COP and I am not very clear how they will assess my Job title but the good thing is my salary per my job title is in line with Average industry...

I agree with Littlerice "Reasonable Salary" Must be at least the origional Amount of the WP. And Possibly An increase in line with the rate of inflation. I Have only two months left to apply for ILR and I am working Monday to friday with my current employer My contract of employment ask me to give three months notice of leaving the job How can I get a job .... is the transitionl arraingments anything to people whose ILR is due with in next 6 months.....

P60 is an official document prepared by employer on behalf of Tax Office

While the record of Tax office would confirm that Tax office hold the same record as prepared by employer and would have paid tax according to P60.

So its the confirmation of P60 that P60 is genuine.

Although Payslips and P60 should be treated different sources

But Home Office treat it the same source

I will recommend to order your 5 years Tax History from Tax Office

So that will be an additional source and will verify your payslip and P60

Which is certainely from a 3rd party..
