Hi Mickey,

I didn't mention much about variation as I have concentrated on why I had to do amendment. Except for 2011-2012 my income for the rest of the years is around 32-36k. I did mention that I had to take break for 6 months due to health issues.

Even I have received same questionnaire on 1st March. I have requested all SA302s from HMRC.

I have amended tax returns for 804 pounds and sent amended calculations with my application. Even without this £804 my earnings were above 35k
