Re: SP30 speeding conviction (5 pts and £260 fine)

Just a quick update - I've decided to go for it despite the conviction so wish me luck!! :P I'm using Allerton Kaye who are specialist immigration solicitors to help me with the application - aiming to submit it in April. They seem to be confident I'll get it based on my otherwise impeccable histor...

Re: EEA4 Applications: Is PR of EEA national enough

Renu, they endorse it on A4 paper for you. Thanks,I hope it will look genuine to show at work place. I know PR is better than RC but I kind of like RC than that of PR, if you are traveling within Europe with or without your EEA Partner no one will ask you for visa if you have RC but you can be reje...

Re: help, please!!!!

You don't have to leave the UK, Since I/we don't know what your EEA do at present it is had to tell what you are currently entitle to. If your EEA partner is working, self employ, job seeker or SF then you have every right to be here. Just tell me a little bit of what your partner do in the UK... Di...

Okay in that case you need to check with German Embassy in London if you can apply for student visa from the UK or you will have to apply from your home country which is always the case for some visa national.
