Hi, It came from hocommunications@communications.gov.uk and it took me to https://expiryreminder.homeoffice.gov.uk plus some suffixes which I think relates to his email or visa. The email had my dads name and the Visa Expiry date as correct. But somehow it’s not recorded that he has left the country...
