Andrej i would suggest you to include any proof that your EEA partner has registered for WRS in the first place (registration certificate). I might not sound sensible as your wife obtained blue card later but my solicitors insisted on including the initial WRS registration to avoid any delays with t...

mail redirection is a good idea but don't trust 100% to this service.
In my case about 40% of my mail was still delivered to my old address, so it's always good to check your old address from time to time or ask one of your previous neighbours to keep an eye on your post for you.

it is absolute rubbish what you've been told about WRS. She was on WRS for the 1st year of her employment, then received her residence certificate, and that's it. No more need to update her WRS anymore. Your application seems absolutely straight-forward to me, don't see the point to waste 600 pounds...

yes, you can work full time. It might be a bit tricky to prove it to your employer (while you application is still in HO) but generally residence card you've applied for is only conformation of your rights which you already have (by being married to EEA national). I would suggest you to show you COA...

why don't you just follow what is written in EEA1 form? pages 8 and 13.

On top I would add the letter from you accountant if you have one. Otherwise just follow the guideline in the form, it shows exactly what HO wants to see as a confirmation of you self-employment.

If you partner applies from India after you get married then he needs to apply for EEA family permit first which will be issued for 6 months to enable him to come to the UK. Later when he's in the UK he can submitt EEA2 application (if you do not have residence permit yourself yet you can submitt EE...

no jokes, a friend of mine (British citizen for already about 4-5 years) was once asked in Heathrow how he got his passport after they saw the place of birth - Kiev. another friend of mine who has ILR as a domestic violance victim was agressevely questioned how she got it when travelling by Eurostar...

i would be happy to £300 to get my application sorted ASAP. Especially after i had to wait for 18 (!!) months for my EEA2 to be approved. paying fee when applying in person still leaves the option free of charge for applications by post so I think it's a good alternative for months of waiting and b...
