No biometrics for ILR.

I know it is very confusing at the moment. In the form they only mention 75 points, so I was very surprised when she said your income should be same or higher.

How does anyone else see this?
You don't have to claim for all 12 months as long as you meet income criteria.

I would just also like to say (since I was at PEO Croydon on the 8/4) that these new rules have caught them unprepared. My case worker also said that she is still learning and that final decision will be taken by senior team, because the rules are new. She was also a bit confused with new form and s...

Congrax londongirl10 She also told me that the salary has to be higher or same to the one I had when I applied for Tier 1. So, if I had claimed salary of £35,200 and now I have £35,000 that this could be a problem So If a Consultant earned 100k last time and is now earning 90K, does that mean tha...

Congrats, so good news ! I have 1 quick question; did you submit a detailed absence spreadsheet with all passport stamps and how many days of absence you had? Thanks a lot! I had separate sheet with date left the uk, date returned to the uk and reason for absence, just like in the form. I did not s...

I really don't know. They will ask for some proof of what you've been doing during your first year on WP. Try talking to someone with better knowledge of immigration rules

I had a letter stating I have been working from xx to xx as a full time employee. No salary was stated. And you're right they could also see that from P60. If your former employer is out of business, you can apply and explain the situation.

As I already said you need to provide P60 forms for all the years and bank statments and pay slips for last year to claim points.
You also need a letter from your WP employer stating you have been working there.

You don't need bank statements for all 5 years. It is fine to have P60s only to prove that you have been working.
You need pay slips and bank statements for period of 12 (15) months before application.

Hi, Congrats and thanks for posting your experience. Couple of questions: 1. Which PEO did you go to? Croydon 2. What do you mean by employer letter from WP time? I guess you only need letter from current employer? No, I had letter to confirm I was with that employer when I had WP. I had no letter ...

SETO Success Croydon 8/4/11

Hi, I applied for ILR and wanted to share my experience with other forum members. I was on WP+Tier1. My case wasn’t that straightforward, because I was made redundant end of last year and I am temping a bit now. I had scored 85 points in self assessment. I was asked right at the start, if I had em...
