Thank you very much for your prompt response, i was bit worried about the cohabitation proof stuff.

I just confirmed from UKBA that 2 year cohabitation document for dependent are required for only those who are on TIER 2 and not for those on old 5 year work permit.
Did any one of you got similar answer from UKBA?
