Re: How long the ILR application takes in person? 2-5hours?

Thanks Ash, so what's the "normal hours"?

Another question is: does anyone know the differences between UKBA offices? Croydon vs Brimingham etc

Re: HSMP - ILR question about section9

THanks,

On my HSMP extension letter, it says: "Thank you for your application to remain in the United Kingdom as a Highly Skilled Migrant (HSMP)". I am pleased to tell you that your application has been approved ....

Date is on April 2008.

So it's HSMP? Not Tier1?

HSMP - ILR question about section9

My initial HSMP VISA is granted on March 2007, then extended on March 2008. At that time, there wasn't such Tier1 thing, and I don't have any Tier
1 words on my VISA.

So when applying the ILR, should I skip the section 9? which seems so many documents need to provide.

Please advice.

Thanks!

Approve the continues working status in the past 5 years?

If I don't have P60 for the initial 3 years (and can't get bank statement either because that bank account has been closed 2 years ago), can I ask my employer to write a letter to approve my employment status in the past? (I got the P60 for the last two years with my current employer. ) I also got a ...
