OCI application for minor children

Hi,

Myself and my spouse have ILR but our children have recently got their UK passport.

Can we apply OCI application for children now or we should wait to get our UK passports too and then apply for OCI all together?

Thanks!

Clarification about absence

Hi, I'll be applying for ILR soon. I have continuous residency from 2011 till now and on that basis I am applying for ILR. Prior 2010, I was in UK from 2007 to 2009 - left UK (for 14 month) and then returned in 2011. In the SET(O) form, there is a question: 7.11 How long have you lived in the UK? Pl...

Minimum time to be spent in UK after ILR for naturalization

Apologies if this has been asked previously: What is the minimum time one should spend in UK after getting ILR to be eligible for naturalization/citizenship? Should that time period be contiguous or there can be break(s) in between? Reason for asking - I may have to travel for work outside UK for 6-...

I was sole director of that company drawing salary+dividends 2. Is it a cause of concern if P60 for 2013-14 tax years shows ...

Travel to Europe with few months left on Tier 1

Hi,

I am planning to travel to Europe on holiday in July but my Tier 1 General visa is expiring Oct-2015. So by the time I'll be coming back from Europe, there will be less than 3 months left on my Tier 1 General visa. Can immigration cause any issue while returning to the UK?

Thank you!

Wasn't HSMP last issued in 2008? I think in Mar 2010, HO only issued Tier 1 BRP cards.

Will they agree to replace BRP card after 50 days of reporting the problem? Ideally they should. They had asked me to send the BRP cards at "my earliest convenience". You can ask the question when you receive your reply. Secondly, I have sent them an email reporting this problem but it that suffici...
