My brother is no longer in Riyadh- he moved to Canada. My father need to go back to India if nothing happens. So I dont have any other options?

What is the email that we can contact home office regarding visas?

We said we are going to stay 6months. My brother needs some time to sort out the visa in Canada and he dont have anyone to look after him in India.

Thank you- a final clarification; If he was granted with 2 yrs multiple entry visa- is there a stipulated time frame for his first entry- like should make entry within first 6months etc?

Sorry- Yes I mean ILR.
They had to move out due to circumstances; That time he wasnt aware that spouses can apply immediately after getting ILR. Now what options he has got? If the ILR is explired after 2 years- can this be renewed or he has to follow again from start like getting Visa etc?
