Need advice
My husband completed 5 yrs on tier one general and wants to apply indefinite stay in uk. His visa expires in October.


Can He apply?
How soon can he apply?
Can he apply for premium service?

Hi My husband posted his application on the 13th of June and also had his biometrics taken. It is an extension to tier 1. Hoping that it would come back soon like it always did he applied. But his passport expires Mid of Sept. Will that affect the application or is it ok to wait? Thank you! Shoba

How many days can I be out of the country in one year or how many holidays in total can I have if I have to apply for the Ilr for my 10 years long stay. I have been out of the country in 2 different Occasions for 2 months. I hope that doesn't cause a problem. Please advice.
