Check application status?

I probably already know the answer given previous interactions with UK-whatiscustomerservice-BA but Is there any way at all to check the status of an application? Even if its just a "still processing" or "in the queue" status, just to check they're not waiting on me to do something so I know a lost ...

Re: ILR Postal - no communication for > month, normal?

Took over a month to get my biometric letter. Very normal at the moment. Lo and Behold when I got home yesterday evening after panicking about the letter not arriving, it was sitting there waiting for me. Dated 41 days after they took payment. Also, got very confused by the email notification ...

Like I said, they took the money, so that's a pretty good indication they got it.

So should I be concerned that I haven't received anything seemingly about twice as long as other people report?

ILR Postal - no communication for > month, normal?

Posted ILR SET(O) around 10/9/16 Money taken 14/9/16 Since then I've heard nothing at all, its been over a month? Is that normal? I understand they don't send confirmation letters any more but some people have mentioned confirmation emails but I haven't seen one of those. Also I haven't got a BRP ...

Re: Absenses; 5 years or ALL of them?

I'm still confused as to what to write down for question 6.1. Under 6.2 I've listed out all my holidays out of the UK for the past 5 years (no evidence supplied as I don't have such evidence, they're just holidays?). But then for 6.1 do I write down the date I first actually entered the UK (7.5 ...

Tier1 G -> ILR; Queries - History, Earnings, Fingerprints

Hi I arrived in the UK on 24/12/08 with Tier1 General. Extended twice over the course of the last 7+ years, now moving to ILR and have a few queries regarding the form. For starters I must say that the form is massively overly complicated due to having so many different routes mushed into one form ...

Re: Absenses; 5 years or ALL of them?

Just past 5 years from the date of application is sufficient, however there may be a question on why you didn't apply for ILR as soon as you completed 5 years. You probably have to justify this somehow, not sure how. Thanks, and thanks for the tip about why I didn't apply asap. Basically I didn't ...

Absenses; 5 years or ALL of them?

Current form says this; 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. 6.2 Since then have you had any absences from the UK? If yes, give the dates you left ...

Extend at same day appointment, travel without biometric?

So I'm extending my Tier 1 (General) visa for the 2nd time. I have a same day appointment booked for the 17th and will be paying the extra £££ for this service at which I'll get my passport back on the same day. I'd like to travel to Germany on the 20th, returning on the 23rd. My current biometric pe ...

Watford High Street Barclays has NO issues or concerns when it comes to stamping and signing the statements Barclays sends out to you. Letter from accountant - how much detail?

Any dividends vouchers for dividend payments you've issued, unless you're not drawing dividends from your company or you're not claiming any points for dividend income.

Also get your accountant to send you a signed letter detailing your salary and dividend totals for the period claimed.

Re: Uncertainty related to Tier-1 visa, its effect on contrac

One uncertainty of being on Tier-1 visa is that there’s no guarantee that I’ll be successful in getting my visa extension (I got around 1.5 years left before I’ll need to apply for extension). In case of company formation, I’ve heard that it is a statutory obligation to retain company accoun ...
