Hi All,

I have received an email from HMPO asking to post for Aadhaar card and additional photos of the child.

As both the parents are currently in India will they accept the documents over email? If yes, what email address to use?

Thanks, Chanti

Re: New born baby in India to British mother and Indian father

UK passport will have the UK address on it.

table A has list of documents such.as utility bills, driving licence, Tax related documents.etc.
The application is for the child. If you have the documents on hand. You can add these as supporting documents to your application.

Re: Submitted naturalisation application with incorrect info.

I'm confused again. I have pulled all my previous applications details for the covering letter. Do I need to give home office all the info like BRB reference number, start and end date and scanned copies of all visa's? Unfortunately, I don't have the details of my student extension. The main student...

It’s not a big deal.
Just write a cover letter stating the all the applications you made and upload on ukvcas
Thank you. I will write a covering letter and upload all the copies of the previous visa's.

Re: Mistakes in Naturalisation application...

Hi all! I made a naturalisation application after 5 years Tier 2, and 1 year ILR in early October. Last week, I realised that I have made two mistakes! 1- In 'Have you ever made any previous immigration applications in the UK or abroad' I answered NO, whereas in some posts I noticed people have sai...

Submitted naturalisation application with incorrect info.

Hi CR001, Hi Admins, I'm applying for a British citizenship via the naturalisation route (Tier 2 General + 1 year ILR). I've fully filled the online application and submitted it last week. Also, I've booked appointment for Thursday - 21st Nov at Croydon centre. Query: When I'm doing the final checks...

Re: ILR (Tier 2 Gen) - Dependent extention

Your LAST cos was for 3 years so that is what you choose yes, option 1. It is not asking for all cos combined! As advised twice already, a PBS dependent visa extension is granted for 3 years as stated in the immigration rules. There is no 2.5 year pbs dependent route. You are thinking of a complete...

Re: ILR (Tier 2 Gen) - Dependent extention

It is based in your last cos you had and is really only for link and reference purpose and nothing to do with how long she will get a visa for. If your last cos was 3 years, that is what you state or if it was more than 3 years, you state it as such. She can only get a 3 year extension as stated in...
