Re: did you got salary in uk during long absense of 220 days

Hi neti, No, I did not show that salary was being paid in the UK. When db83 and I applied in the months between dec 2012 - apr 2013, there was no clause mentioning that an evidence is required in these cases. But now things may be different - so please check this forum/immigration rules for anyone w...

Congrats!!!

Congrats Cf_firefly. My wife and kid applied on 15th Apr 2013 and their visa was processed on similar timescale as yours. The end date on their visa is around 33 months from the date of issue. Sorry to ask, I am wondering about the reason why your daughter's visa ends on March 2018 and not after 33 ...

Congrats!!!

Congrats.. That was quick (in terms of BHC timelines for such visa processing). It appears that the Chennai BHC takes longer time compared to others. All others seem to be processing earlier than 60 working days Just to let thank everyone on this forum as it has helped us in our application...i have...

However, as gathered from the recent understanding in the post http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?p=810125#810125 that a T1 Dep c...

Thanks again. I assume that you are referring to sponsorship undertaking form (point 10) as opposed to the Sponsorship letter mentioned in point (7) of your documents. 7)Sponsonship letter and cover letter from the sponsor(original and one photocopy) 10)Sponsorship Undertaking Form SU07/12(original ...

Is Sponsorship undertaking form required?

Hi Pan Hegde, Should we submit the Sponsorship undertaking form as well in order to apply for a child, as I understand that it is for relatives other than spouse/child only. Ok. Did you apply already? One of my friend had applied a year back and she got the settlement visa for her daughter in just 1...

Sorry, one more clarification

319H(h) is not applicable. An application for a visa is an application for an entry clearance or leave to enter. It is not an application for leave to remain. Hi Vinny, Sorry to continue this thread again. Today I happened to see another page in the UK BA site http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visa...

Your wife may still travel as a PBS dependent . Kid may also apply as a PBS dependent if your wife has existing leave as a PBS dependent (319H(b)(ii)). Thanks Vinny, your reply is very useful in my case. Can you let me know your thoughts on this: I have an ILR (obtained as Tier 1 Gen migrant), my w...

Hi Infocon,
Can you please let me know if the marriage certificate issued by Trivandrum corporation (Government of Kerala) was accepted? We have received a similar certificate and planning to apply with it. Hope it will not be rejected in the same grounds as yours.

Thanks in advance.
