When Can I apply for BC

Hi , Please help me to understand when can I apply for BC

- HSMp Granted (Stamped on Passport ) on 28th June 2006
- ILR granted (Stamped on Passport) on 1 June 2011 (please notice 28 days difference ).

My question is when Can apply for BC / Is it after 28th June 2012 or 1st June 2012 ?

-Legally you were not present in UK then how can you prove that your child was born in UK ?
- If you disclose that you were living illegally in Uk for your child citizenship ,it may cause problem to you application for citizenship under "good character clause "

no thing is pending . I saw his alcohol breath test result and it is around 20-22 (limit is 35)..He talked to police and Crown prosecution service and they assured nothing is pending.

Hi , One of my friend's AN1 application is in process and he received a letter asking why did not he mentioned a crime for which he has not be tried yet. Case is like this. Some time in June 2008 he was stopped (near home) for breath test. It seems machine was not working so he(my friend ) was taken...

you need not to apply for your daugther's ILR. once you get your ILR you can apply for registration and then british passport. Whole process (Registration certificate +Passport) will take around 3 months . I did same for my daugther. Had sent her registration application(MN1) on 8 june 2011 ,got reg...

I don;t have first hand exp. But you can apply for PIO card if your father last passport was indian(i.e if he did not acquire any other country citizenship or your mother )

minor would be eligible for OCI only if at least one of the parents does not have Indian passport.
You can apply for PIO and only you get OCI you can get it converted to OCI(some fee would be there)..

Fixed penalty notices are not conviction . You need not to mention that. if you search UKBA site you will find document suggestion the same .

If you have got appointment after 6 weeks then my advice would be to cancel that appointment and send your form in special delivery post. Include one more special delivery post and request to send your original documents one they have check. I used NCS for my daugther's form and I notice that it too...

if you are covered under HSMP JR April -Nov 2006 (you applied in between) then it will not affect your wife ILR even if she got fine through court.
If you are not covered even then it will not affect your wife's ILR as it is a Fixed Penality notice . Pay it without going to court.

I applied for my daugther under section 1(3) (same as your ) on 8-June-2011 using NCS services and still waiting.
Called them few time and was told that it may take upto 4-6 months.
