How someone can apply for retain rights of residence if his eea national partner left the uk.one thing to mention both are not married or in a civil partnership they are having a long term relationship.

Hi I need to ask you that after 28th october 2013 If someone applied for settlement/naturalisation he/she has to pass B1 and LIUK. If some one applied for citizenship after 28th october 2013(currently on ILR) then he must show B1 as well at the time of citizenship or not.
