Re: Tier 2 visa wrong application fee given

Did you apply from within the UK? If so, the chances of the Caseworker writing to you for additional payment are very high. A person who made a similar mistake got the following email from the caseworker. hopefully, you will get the same. ( The below case is a 5 year Tier2, so please don't come up w...

Re: BRP Collection for Spouse (PBS dependant)

You keep asking the same silly questions again and again even after explaining clearly. This is the scenario. 1. Your wife has a one-month visa vignette on her passport, before that expiry she needs to travel to the UK. 2. Once she comes into the UK, her BRP will be processed and she will be able to...

Date for UKVI COS Meeting is Feb 13th. (Per GOV.UK UKVI Website) So would suspect outcomes to occur after that date.

It is on the 11th only, it's an error on the Gov.uk website

Re: Tier 1 E extension refused 6 days after varying to FLR FP

As mentioned in Administrative Review guidelines for caseworkers we are clear that an AR is deemed invalid if a fresh visa application is made AFTER refusal of first visa application but before AR is filed. In our case we filed new visa application (FLR FP) BEFORE Tier 1 Ent Extension refusal decis...

Re: Tier 1 E extension refused 6 days after varying to FLR FP

My solicitor is now proposing to file AR without including any hint of FLR FP application because we have already received acknowledgement of FLR FP application dated 15th June, 2018. Re: Can't send documents within timefram what to do

Just post the application with whatever you have now, write a covering letter saying that you will be sending additional documents shortly, it will be fine.

A friend of mine did that and he had no issues whatsoever.
