I did read somewhere that ILR has been stopped for certain categories of Work Permit meaning even though they are w...

Re: Visit visa from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

I am assuming you don't have the electronic copies and just the paper copies.

If paper copies, then make photocopies and get it certified.

Hope this helps..

Re: Need Help in Addressing Previous Visit Visa Refusal

Just explain whatever her current situation is which is, she is currently in full time education, and has her mother to return back to. Like I mentioned it's ok not to have a bank account, in such a case, her mother will be providing the bank statement and a cover letter confirming it. There are sam...

Re: Need Help in Addressing Previous Visit Visa Refusal

Okay the Idea is to show strong ties to the country in the form of social (e.g member of any club or charity organisation), economic (eg. working, studying etc) and family on piece of paper, basically explaining her personal circumstances to convince ECO. What is that binding relationship with her c...

Re: Visit visa from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

What documents are you providing from your side?

Nowadays most of the documents are online so you can print them twice.

For example, my Barclays statement are all online so I can print as many copies as I want..

Re: Visit visa from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

I think when you are filling in the form they do ask you if you have applied in the past 10 years or so, since it has been more than 10 years I am assuming she will be okay with it. Both your mother and father should be able to apply at the same time as each of their application will be decided on i...

Re: Visit visa from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Is your mother living permanently in Pakistan or just there for the visit?

She will have to prove her social, economic and family ties to Pakistan, her personal circumstances and also to prove she will return back to Pakistan.

Re: Visit visa status

We also applied from Pakistan but could not find any tracking options. Looks like they have taken away that option.

The only thing we received was email from Abu Dhabi that is under process and SMS to collect, no email to collect.

We did subscribe to SMS service.

Re: visitor visa - what went wrong?

Noajthan's comments are of course valid, but I always find it inexplicable that when the visa application has been cleared for entry on the information submitted, the IO then disagrees with the decision. :? Exactly!! We have got applications getting rejected because visitor stayed more than the tim...

Unfortunately you cannot do anything to expedite this.

There have been people waiting for months and months for their visas.
