Your ILR is not refused but upheld for more detailed consideration. Therefore if you given a letter for additional info. Pls provide it asap. If you are short of your 5 years becos of this absence, therefore it is a good possibility you might get ur passport returned after may be another 3 months ...

as far as i am aware there is no maintenance fund. however if you show you recieve money regularly from friends and family, then you might have to show certain amounts that cover yourself and your dependants included with the apps.

i believe anything is not original requires to be stamped. therefore to be absolutely spot on please stamped all printed payslips.

CRB info. only holds record for last five year and depends on what type of checks you have done and what's reason, such as immigration or work . don't worry hope everything will be fine. if you are not asked to register with police then you don't need to submit police cert. either. let us know the ...

re. police registration, it is not mandatory for everyone if not asked to do so. the list of countries required to register with police is in homeoffice website. i am pretty sure countries such as india, bangladesh and pakistan are not in this list...

you can apply for long residence category and once you got ILR, ur wife/children can apply for spouse visa by filling FLR(M) can apply for ILR after two years of expiration of spouse visa. in my opinion, better to go with any valid route for ILR whichever comes first..

i believe you can also pay money to home office by bankdraft while attending PEO. it's cheaper option than paying by postal order. it might cost £15.
