As i said, they don't have any clue about this. i called them and said that i need a letter stating that we have stopped and claim was made by mistake. BUT the person said he does not have any guidance regarding this.

No, Last letter from HMRC says they need to find out our income for for tax year 2013-2014 so they can decide how much they need to pay us.

we did not provided that information as we do not want to continue.
