My wife got approval today .she applied on 7th march. Home office mentioned in the letter that an ceremony invitation letter will follow shortly and told not to phone local council now.i'm confused now. Should I wait for another letter from home office or call council straightaway

It's really hard ,my wife had to struggle to pass it ,although she luckily passed in first chance ,most of the question from history and very few questions from practice exams/books so you must read the book very well to pass it

The application was made in July 2013 ,before then he was in student visa ,he could not submit required payslips as his wife started job only 4 months back so he only 4 months payslip available at the time of application

I booked a PEO appoint in glasgow PEO for 3/9/2013 , i have not paid 100 fees , i've made the appointment 7/8 days back ,i have checked today and it is still valid ,do i need to phone UKBA to pay 100 fees or I will pay the fees in the PEO ,wil my appointment be still valid?

hi

IS there any requirement to make the FLR(m) application within 28 days of my ILR granted ,because my wife was dependant of my Tier 1 visa but i dont have Tier1 visa anymore so technically she has an invalid visa now?

Long residence ILR success

Alhamdulillah ,all praise be to Allah.

I've received my ILR acceptance news from my solicitor today.

My timeline is:

application date 05/03/2013
Biometric invitation 02/04/2013
ILR acceptance 22/06/2013

So it took 4 and half months approx.
