I am in same boat. Got ILR on 7th December 2011, eligible to apply 7th December 2012, I will be travelling on 9th December 2012. Looking at several posts, Home Office receive applications from NCS in 2-3 days. You can apply on 31st October so that your application will reach HO by 1st-2nd November. ...

Calling Patants as Dependent

Hello All,

I received my ILR in December 2011.
Now I want to call my parants who are above 65 years as my dependent.
One of my friend told me that rules will change from April 2012 , so apply before April 2012.
Please could you share any related information .

Hi Kunal, My case worker took Co habitation documents first, then he asked to pay fees. I think in Solihull PEO, once case worker asked you to pay fees means 95% your case is through. I think they check unspent convictions once they ask you to pay. I will recommand Solihull PEO to those who have any...

Bank Statement for ILR

Hello All,

I will be applying for ILR soon under Tier 1 General.
I have all 11 months payslips and Bank Statements.
For the month of Nov 11 , I have original Pay Slip but no Bank statement.
Can I take a statement printout from Bank with their stamp on it?
Will UKBA accept this?
