My Solicitor went and enquired but the answer was that the file was not ready yet and said will call once ready. they did not give her any expected times though she requested for one. Still waiting.....

Honestly, I would say the clock would have been reset as you have more than 90 days of continous absence outside the country. It would have been easier had you had a UK salary paid for the period of absence .

Still, take an advice of a good solicitor if they can provide any alternatives.

No news here either. As far as I know (and from reading reports on here) there have been no further technical problems this week so the applications that they couldn't process last week should have been dealt with by now. This delay is completely unacceptable when one has paid £1350 for a "premium"...

I am in the same boat you were in. I had an appointment on 29th where there were major IT issues and said that biometrics results were not received so they could not complete my application. fingers crossed waiting for my application. Do you know of any number to call?

It should count fine because the gap is not more than 3 months continously . ICT was removed forILR for those granted after 2010 setp/oct I think but need to check again.

The request clearly states that it is only from the last grant of extension only with a maximum of 2 years. I think you should be fine. BTW thanks for asking this as it clarified my doubt too. I am attending next thursday and will ask the question to them directly

Hi Ash,

Yes your babu will need to be in person for BIO metrics . They only take the picture of the baby. The same was the case with me for my 5 month old baby. Hope this helps.
