I believe solicitors themselves dont go to PEO's they should be sending their assistants or courier people to PEO's. The person (does not know anything about case) taking the documents from solicitor will just drop the courier to case workers handling only the representatives cases. I guess there sh...

Hi Rakhi - congratulations and I wonder why did you go for ILR for your kid rather applying for Citizenship... Good question! Not really sure if the caseworker or senior officer would be thinking twice before refusing a family with a kid (unlike my family immigration status). The only issue i had w...

Canbks11: I wish I was told what other evidence I could provide. They said I have already provided everything. They did mention that senior case worker might decide that I will be eligible again in 3 mths time to apply for ILR but I will have to apply again and pay the 2025 pounds fees again, which...

Throughout I have informed work permits that I was going on ML, and then returning part time and they said that as long as the employer agreed...

Thank you guys. I am going to apply for ILR (fingers crossed) based on the comments and it does look like I have a fair amount of chance of success. In case they refuse, I will apply for extension. Sometimes, they keep the documents for further consideration. I am thinking of asking for the documen...

In this forum, i have read many sucessfull ILR stories who attended PEO solihull in person have paid their government fees at the end after confirming that their ILR has been approved. Iam very much surprised how can PEO solihull could be different than others. If in worst case ILR has been refused ...

I had excatly the same question but didn't pose that question that time thinking it might only make things worse for me. This whole thing is confusing. I guess for me the only option is now to wait until I get my letter. But if anyone has any suggestions on what else I can do in this period would r...
