I believe if your wife came as your dependant when you initially entered this route then she will be eligible for ilr right along with you.
My spouse, kids and I all received our ilr via entrepreneur accelerated route in 3 years.

If the approval letter clearly states it then you have to contact them. If there a number listed that you should call

Harmony, I have read some posts in other sections of the forum where people received such an email and then received their decision in two weeks. Once your case is decided your decision letter and documents will be returned to you by royal mail. Sometimes an email like this means they are working on...

Under which category did you apply? Did they grant you an extension of your visa or did they grant you discretionary leave.

I am not a solicitor but I believe that you should be able to apply after 24 months from date of caution.

Someone on here applied end of December and is still waiting as well. Hopefully soon you should receive some good news. Do keep us updated.
Can you tell us if you applied under accelerated route due to employing 10 full time employees or generating a 5 million turnover?
