but why he asked to send it by post ??? is it becuase they want to look at it more .. or senior caseworker to deal with it !!!
he could refuse your application but he did not which is good sign hopefully

bonus is not added ... but it should be showed in your payments slips ... regarding first date entered i think just purt the first date you have entered UK ... it is nto mentioned in the question wether you should put the date where is applicable for your WP .. the question is the first date you ent...

If i knew this 5 years ago i won't come and work here ... even if i knew when i came that speeding tickets may affect your right to settle and get passport here then i would decided to leave from the first year ... but now I have been here for almost 5 years and just waiting to do my ILR ... and see...

well but in this case no one will accept to come and work in the UK since they know that they should leave the country in 3 or 5 years .... maybe due to the current economic situation they dont want people to come and work .. but what if this changed in future and they discovered that they need more...

it is an FPN and won't affect your application, also I think it is not on your DL anymore ... it is more than 4 years now since you committed it so it is spent ...

yes they might check stamps on passport and also dont forget when you come to UK you fill the immigration card at the plane and you hand it to the officer at the airport so they can check all dates if they want ... anyway i believe since 2004 is out of ur 5 years then i think no need to fill absence...

as far as I know .. that you have 28 days after you work permit ends in order to get new permit or leave the country.
please check and read back of your work permit and see what they written there .. I remember I have read it there before ...

since you entered UK 22/10/2006 then you can apply for you ILR earliest on 24/09/2011 and latest depends on your Tier 1 validity ...

till now i have not heard about any refusal due to FPN ... the criminality requirements says the exception is when a person has multiple FPNs .. Mutiple means what ?? 2 or more ??? do they mean by multiple 3 and more or 2 and more ? language wise multiple means as I understand more than two FPNs ......

It is mentioned clear in the criminality requirements that one FPN to be disregarded so why it would be in a case worker decision since it is only one FPN !!!
