Student to TIER 2 VISA SWITCH

As a student with tier 4 visa who just got in the UK in September 2022, how soon can I switch to a tier 2 visa?
can i also switch if my kids do not have their student dependents visa yet

Thanks to everyone that help me , we got the approval for another 2.5 years on DLR on family life with no restriction on the dlr and they said she can get ILR in 6 years of her dlr .

the date is 17 tuesday next week but it a bit strange for them to tell us to come and collect the decision overthere that is why we are concern about this there interview

Decision interview

please the gurus i need ur help on this matter as my partner apply for her dlr extension in may 2016 . and a letter was sent to us this morning that she need to come for decision interview in lunar house .

the leave to remain to do not have that 'no recourse to Public funds' on the visa that is why i am bit confuse about the application form to fill

okay the form wE fill when the application was put in (F(M)) But not marry to the person and i have been leave with him for 2005

it was issued in december 2013 and is going to expire in june 2016
has been in uk since 1996 .
with recousre to public fund
