Can you use the same job code for 2 people?

We are a micro organisation. We can only sponsor 1 person for year, but are requesting another allocation for another person. If the company is a small company, can you use the same job code for 2 employees? One has already applied and received the visa. But we are planning to get another visa for ...

Tier 2 Visa - Register with police required?

Is it a requirement to register with the police when you get your Tier 2 General Visa?

I was on PSW and was not required to register as my nationality was not on the list.

Thank you for the reply.

Also, on the cos online there is a field that says "clients job summary"
it is not ticked as mandatory to select, can you leave it or is it recommended that you select yes and get your employer to write a summary of your job?

Work dates on the COS is not letting me go to the next page

Hi,

my sponsor put all details on the cos online to issue a certificate.
But it is not letting us go to the next page to save and pay.

It keeps saying, "please enter work dates" when we already have.
We entered it as 1st April 2013- 31 March 2016

Can you please help?

Can you reapply straight away after you get rejected? Or does it not matter when you do it as long as you do it when you still have time on your visa?
Please advise, I would like to send my application again next week.

If you want to reapply, can you do it straight away? Or is it better to do it after a week or so...? My application got refused for selecting the wrong job code by my employer. Will it not look good to reapply straight away with a new job code (correct one)? Or does that not matter at all as long as ...
