She does have recent travel history to the UK no problems... that must have helped.

My Fiance has been advised her Passport is ready for collection at Beijing, 23 working days after she submitted her application. That is very quick for a settlement visa.. We dont know the answer, the visa centre opens in the morning ! She did travel here to the UK recently, no problems and I think ...

If you take time to read the reports on the UKBA by the Home Office/Parliament and in particular the latest, it shows just how unfit for purpose the Border Agency is. Incorrect and or poor decisions are rife. Appeals at immigration hearings here in the UK are very often overturned and the visa issue...
