Hope someone can help, I am switching from psw to tier 2. I am under the soc code 1134( £15.81 per hour according to the soc code). My company increased my salary to £30,000 and I work 37.5hrs/wk. a) Under the current rules , would my salary be sufficient? I ask because I can send off my application ...

I doubt your university would risk their licence by lying for you You reckon i should just send it off the way it is? you can try but a refusal would be within the rules. In case i have to appeal would a valid argument be that i had no idea i had to hold the funds for 90 days before applying? And ...

PSW deadline missed by 2 weeks.URGENT

i just realized i would miss the 12 month deadline for the psw by 2 weeks. At the moment i have had the funds for 90 days but i failed to notice that my graduation date would not be accepted by ukba as mentioned in the guidance notes( which i foolishly missed out). My question is can i get a letter ...
