NARIC letter

curious to know about this case. I will also apply for FLR (M) in Jan. I also thought of providing NARIC Letter. However, that letter was issued in 2007. Is there a validity of the letter ?

thanks for your reply. The child is 3 years old now. My friend is likely to apply for his passport in 2 more months.
