Hi, I am on PSW now and my stay expires in next month. can I apply for a tier 1 general category?. is it open for PSW people to apply for tier 1 general. Please let me know.
if this is not the option for me, can you advice me in which category i can apply to stay to work in UK.

Thanks, is the rules still active. I mean can i still apply for a residence card or the rules have changed. although i looked over website but still cant find information about it. furthermore, is it compulsory to get marry or ifi just put it as my girlfriend would i still get a residence card.
