At last I got it!!! I submitted SET(O) on 16th may and after a long wait for 11 weeks they satmped ILR on 2nd August and I recieved my passport back on 10th August.I was so happy that for a week i went on holidays and just back and updating.Thanks a lot for all your updates and I am sure all of you ...

One thing is for sure:you do it through solicitor or yourself,the time taken is the same(LOL atleast i saved that )

Got ILR stamped for my brother and his family.. applied on 4th April 2011 SET (O) on Work permit 5 years payment taken 19 april 2011 passport stamped 12th Jul 2011 passport received 26th Jul 2011 total 3 months and 22 days good luck those who are waiting ... Congratulations so it can be more than 1...

It looks like a limit of patience usually is around 11 weeks.
The same for me.
It's 12 weeks tomorrow, no news, nothing.

It seems that no SET(o)applications on workpermit sent since first week of may has yet been processed!!!!!!
