i have called NACRO today and they have told me that CCJ is not a conviction and does not have spent time and i must disclose it when making ILR application.
Is County Court Judgement a criminal conviction? If yes how long does it take to be considered a spent conviction? I wil be applying for ILR and had a CCJ in 2006, called home office today for clarification but they could not help me on this one.
