Re: Family visitor Visa

OK great.

So say if they get 2 year visa, I know that they are allowed to stay in the UK just for 6 months in one go and then they have to return home.

Can they again come back in say in a month's time and stay here for say next 4 to 5 months?

or

Is it defo, ONLY 6 months in a year?

Thanks

Re: Family visitor Visa

Yes they do, but are they really granting 2 years visas?

Reason, I was once told don't apply for 10 year visa, as they never provide 10 year visa even though the option is available

Hello,

Does anyone have a list of Indian Universities approved by UK NARIC please?

This is for language qualification, as the new rule does not accept just Life In the UK pass certificate.

Thanks

In the mean time, an affidavit to be made for your son to confirm that he has never acquired Indian Citizenship. I understand that this is an mandatory requirement. I was informed that : ''If ...

Thanks Jambo.

Section 8 of the form requires maternal and paternal grandparents details to be filled, if the parents are born outside UK.

But the form has just 3 lines to fill.

How to fill in all the details there, has anyone faced this issue and how did they furnish these details?

regards
