Re: Passport validity rule for applying British citizenship

Hi

We will be applying our British citizenship by 2nd week of January but my wife's passport expires on end of Feb. Is that okay?

Do we need to have a valid Indian passport when applying British citizenship? Could anyone please advise on the same?

Tier 1 Dependent - Maintenance Fund

Hey Layman, Logically you are right........ I think you have aplied via PEO then you applied via post for your dependent.......... I'm planning to apply Visa for my new Born by next month. Do I need to maintain the MF only for son or for the total family because as per the new policy guidance Policy...

I don't think so.

suppose if you have to maintain £600 for 3months. you have a direct debit of £50 on Monday at 9 am... your friend transferring £100 on Monday at 10am... still UKBA will reject the Visa. It was happened in my friend's case....
