your employer letter is a key

your employer must write the overstayed trip is a business, why they are over 90 days, and what is your job role, why it has to be you. and you are fully paid in the uk.

if you just say it was a business trip , it wont be good enough for case worker.

I feel, if you provided more evidence such as Bills paid during your absense, the chances are bigger. have you submitted the morgage payment statement or highlight on the bank statement that what they are for? I think just employer's letters and bank statements are a little weak to prove you are con...

Thank you, for SET(O)I believe p60s are still the best materials for proving personal earnings.

however, i am asking if i need to show all my earnings during 5 years? does a part time job earning also needs to be appeared on application?

Why P60?

Hi: Does anyone know what exactly the case workers look at the p60 for? What information they are seeking from it? The reason i am asking is because at my early years of HSMP, I had two jobs for a few month, then I left the other one after getting a proper job which I used for extension of my HSMP. ...

If you didnt work for the first 2 year, how did you extend your stay for Tier 1? However, I dont think anywhere listed P60s are must. they only require the last 3 month Pay slips and bank statements for HSMP +Tire 1, they did want to see proves of your economic activity through out 5 years, so P60s ...
