Q8)so ESOL is no longer accepted fro citizenship.

Q8a) He did meet the language and LITUK requirements in 2014 which were accepted at that time when applying for ILR.

I'm still a bit confused because of Q8 so does he have to take a new test?

Hi, My hubby applied for ILR in oct/nov 2014. His English test was done by Pearson's ESOL 3 My question is because this was accepted while applying for ILR will it also be accepted for Citizenship. Hello everyone. My spouse will be applying for ILR in October could you please tell me what documents he will need. I have had a look around but can't seen to find a list of the documents. Will he only need the last six months worth of paper work or the whole two years.

@SKSTAR did ur cousin ask sum1 if he had to travel within in 28 days. You have to travel within three months it changed to that about 2 years ago.

Yh mayb the passport will be stamped at the same tyme aswell. We will just have to wait n see how long they take to return symas passport and ours will follow soon afterwards inshallah.

@kING2BE who was ur application refused by islamabad or abu dubai.
@Mandarin i think they take 20 - 30 workin days to reply to letters thats 4eva.

Yh Zully i have appealed i also did read wat syma had written. She mention that sum1 who applied in march recieved acknowledgement letter now so i just wanted to know wat deadline they recieved.
