COA

applied for EEA3and EEA4 on 15 March and still have not received COA Phoned them and they said I have to write them for asking COA which I did and still waiting. Dont know what to do!

applied for EEA3and EEA4 on 15 March and still have not received COA which I need for work circumtances. Phoned them and they said I have to write them for asking COA which I did and still waiting. I am going to miss job offer because of their late process!!! Dont know what to do!

I have sent EEA3 and EEA4 together on 15th March and have not received Certificate Of Application yet. How long normally I should wait for it?

Exactly true. depends on how IO is experienced or trained. And another thing I remembered is when we together went to All other Passports line IO showed me Landing card while I was approaching to the desk and I said I don't need fill it and he was like pist off saying uhh you dont need to fill it! t...

my situation is a bit different I have been working last 5 years together with my wife and we got married last year. So I am planning to try my chance for PR as all they need to proof them whether you stayed in uk last 5 years which I can easily proof together with my wife. Any idea?

I sent return email request 23rd september, received confirmation email 26th september. they issued rc on 27th september and I have received it today.

Final Timeline:

07/07 eea2 sent
23/07 coa received
27/09 rc issued
06/10 rc received.

i requested my passport back on 23 sept and received confirmation email 26 sept. still waiting back as I can not wait more. I have already got residence permit even if they dont give me rc within 3 months I dont mind. I want my passport back that s it. and they have to explain me what they have done...

May I suggest to skim, at least, through the ECIS, in particular Chapters 5, 6 and 12. Yes, you will need a full work and residence history to have permanent residence acknowledged. Benefits (but generally not social assistance) are permissible before PR. so what kind of benefits EEA2 can take which...
