Re: FPN in AN form. How to fill?

Hi, I'm exactly in the same situation. Got 3 points and £100 fine just three months ago. Got appointment with NCS for next week for naturalisation and passport. Same question 3.1 and 3.2 confusing me. Did you fill in the form as you were advised here? And what was the result? Also if anyone else cou...

Overspeeding points just before my naturalization application

Hello everyone I have a full UK driving licence since 2004. For the first time ever, I have been stopped by police for over speeding. He said I was speeding 55mph on a road with limit of 40mph. I got TOR with code RR84211. To my understanding this means £100 and 3 points. I asked officer if I would ...

Re: Travelling to Pakistan from UK first time after BC

You need to prove that you're either citizen of the country you're traveling to or you have a visa if required. In your case, simply travel to Pakistan on Pakistani passport and return to UK using British passport. No one here cares about exit stamp etc but even they ask, you can present both passpo...

Re: Naturalization after 15 months of ILR application?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I didn't get you on this. Do you mean we have the option to apply after 15 months of ILR application date? If so, then why would they decide it after 12 months of ILR decision date? I mean what's the point of having this 15 month option then?

Naturalization after 15 months of ILR application?

I got ILR 8 months after submitting the application whereas the Home Office standard time for this service is 6 months. I came across a post of 2013 in this forum in which it has been advised that if there is a delayed decision of ILR by Home Office then Naturalization can be applied 15 months from ...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

This is unbelievable. 6 months waiting even after interview. They're so unfair. Taking fee of a highest level. These fees do not match or come closer to any same sort of service in the UK or Europe. Whereas the service level and delays also not this poor in anything else. Is their any body in the UK...

Re: Tier 1 general ILR / cohabitance - PLEASE HELP

I think you're right. They're more strict about cohabitation in Set M as compared to Set O cases. We have recently applied for ILR on Set O and added few documents on both names. I didn't read anywhere if we need evidence from three sources.
