Hi sushdmehta, I think answer under FAQ # 1 in the above link is not correct. Reason is: For a person who gets his EC stamped out of UK and enters UK with in 3 months (i.e., 90 days) from that date, then his 5 years qualifying period for ILR clock starts from the date his EC visa was stamped, if s ...

While filling SET (O) Form, for "have you lived in UK for 5 years" did you check "yes" or "no" ?

Does that mean that, on top of 3 months exemption, I could also use another perk which allows anyone to apply before 28 days of their respective visa expiry date?

Pay slips without Signature (but has Companies Round Seal)

Hi,

The pay slips my employer is giving me are not having any Signature but they are printed on Company Letter Head with Round Seal.

Will this be a problem?

Has anyone earlier got ILR issued when they produced payslips without signature?

Please advice.
