Re: photo query

It does say on AN form - to be glued. If they need to see the date of birth and name on the back of the photograph, it is not difficult either. It is not tough to remove a picture from the form if they need, it is similar to removing self adhesive postage stamps - google it if interested ;)

Thanks for all the replies, really helpful. I am going to get new photographs then.

Out of interest, if they are not happy with the photographs does this invalidate the application and the application fee goes wasted. I recall reading similar thing regarding ILR applications.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Just realised that we will come across the same issue while applying for BC :D

congratulations on your ILR. Would you elaborate your experience about the missing entry stamps as this might help someone else in future. Did this issue come up at all, did you mention this ?

No need to worry about BRP cards. The tough phase is over, whatever is left now is mostly red tape :)

That's all more than enough. There is no requirement on the number of sources for cohab documents for SET-O applicants. However, for SET-M documents from 6 sources are required, some people use it as a guideline for SET-O which is their choice. If you have more cohab docs just bag them in, no need t...

Congrad!!! Thanks very much samira_uk. It is interesting that in PEO Birmingham you will pay after they approve your case. I think Croydon is the worst PEO. Most of the applicants came with the legal representatives. I can assume Solihull would be the most favourite PEO for no-win-no-fee solicitors...
