Sorry I put information as new, I used the old service. I applied online, got my biometrics letter, consent form, consent form. Did my biometrics and sent all my documents in the same day

Just need a quick advice, I was previously granted 3 years dlr on private life, since then I now have a 7 month old daughter and been with my british partner for over 3 years,if I was to apply for an extention do I do it under private life or family life.

it has a photo of you, valid from and end date of a visa. It looks just a normal visa that would be in a passport but on a paper with a stamp for autencity

i don't have a passport hence why they issued an isd. I went to the upper tribunal on 2nd of august and my determination was received on the 16th. I received a letter on the 6th of september requesting for my passport but my solicitor replied that i didn't have any and got my isd on the 21st of sept...

thanks ket, i still don't know why they gave me under old rules even though i was expecting the new rules. Am not going to complain because i got my isd within 2 weeks of them requesting for my passport. Just keep complaining and chasing your mp , it will happen soon.

just to give you an update on my case, got my immigration status document today and even though my appeal was allowed on 17th of september i was given 3 years dlr under the old rules. Am so happy about how quick it took to get this. Keep the faith and it would happen soon.

they did the same thing with me as well, whilst waiting for them to reply about my application they turn up at my door and contacted my embassy for an interview with them. I think the enforcement team carry on with sorting out travel document even if your application is been processed or you have an...

they wrote to my solicitors 3 weeks after my appeal,requesting for my passport. so sometimes it is luck. As peppekalle said can take up to 3 months

i don't have a passport, so my solicitor has written to them to explain. I haven't enrolled for biometrics because when i made my application biometrics wasn't needed for flr(o) applications

yeah my solicitor was suprised too, it took them 3 weeks from the date of determination, problem is i have no passport and she is writing to them to explain this. How long did you wait before you started to chase them.
