One of my client got visa on Monday. He'd put customer's mobile number in the trading contract.

But I would still recommend to have customer's landline number to be on the safe side.

You can join an existing business i.e getting registered as director of the business. But bear in mind that you'll need your 50k available funds as I assume that your mate has not disclosed you as member of entrepreneurial team on his application form.

Sonakshi Provided you paid the fine & surrendered the licence in time and did not challenge the FPN in court; you are all safe. There is no gamble involved and you'll get your ILR without any problem. I was in a similar suituation as I had CU80 offence but paid my fine and surrendered my licence in ...

The business can be funded from an overseas account. There is no requirement to bring funds in one go. You can bring them gradually as and when the business requires it. However, you need to make sure that you bring in and invest 200k before your extension. As the immigration consultant told you tha...

Hi

I guess you are on PSW. You can go for 50k category only if you apply inside UK. As you have not maintained funds so that is a problem.

If you switch to Tier 4 or go back to your country then you can only apply for 200k category.

Here are your answers: 1. You can have your funds in more than 1 account. Absolutely no problem with that. However, both applicants should have any access to the total of £50K. 2. Best thing to do is to have limited company and yes both of you can be the directors in one company. 3. Apparently you s...

Smehmood I agree with you. UKBA can only verify the document submitted to them. They can't have any ongoing checks on your account. Crazy_ram You can use your funds for the business. But there is a certain way of doing this. You should invest funds in your business in the form of share capital. Then...

I understand you applied in 50,000 category with full funds in UK.

Did you only attach your bank statement to claim all 75 points (i.e availability of funds 25, FSA regulated bank 25 and transferability of funds to UK 25).

OR

Did you also attach a letter from the bank?

Did you also include any letter from the bank or is that not required for funds held in UK?

Sample Grounds of Appeal

Hi

My parents' visit visa was rejected and I want to appeal against the decision. The most important step is drafting GROUNDS OF APPEAL. Can anybody let me have sample grounds of appeal relating to visit visa. I'll then change it according to my case.

thanks
