One more point i forget to say, the application was my first application for eea document, i have never hold a residence card before, i got my permanent residence without a 5yrs prior residence as a family member of an eea. Less than 2yrs after marriage. I think this was a miracle.

There is nothing stopping from joining anyone to your bank account at anytime. Check with your bank, all you need is the person passport and bills, walk to your local bank and tell them you want to join your spouse to you acct with them. I did that and it work.

You can request at anytime a new agreement that will include your spouse name before sending the application it is inrelivant but it does help and make sure all document is translated to english. Get an insurance that covers both of you. Take care and God bless.
