Home office confirmed that a package s been sent to me and iv been given a track number. I do not know if the package will be sent to my address or to the solicitor s.

i called the H.O today to ask about the progress of the application but the man told me that it s not 6 months yet. in 4 days will be 6 months and im really worried that my employer will ask me to leave the job coz my COA is coming to an end. i dnt kno what to do

I mentioned that i spoke to my sollicitor and advised me not to chase them up, 6 months is 6months. On the 24/03/ i should receive an answer so i have to wait nd obey the rules. Im not supposed to call them yet.

I checked other european forums and apparently applicants do mot have the hassle of waiting. Most applications are dealt with quickly and on time. Ukba jolds the destiny of some iimmigrants. It s unfair

basically, the home office know that we depend solely on the EEA national, so whether we loose our jobs or not, it s not their problem. this is why the EEA3 takes less time to be decided. The most important person for them is not the EEA4 applicant so he or she can wait.

what do they mean by "the application has not been completed", KNOWING THAT the COA states that the application should take up to 6 months?? i dnt understand this logic. In my case, my RC has already expired and if the HO wont deal with my application before the end of 6 month, i will be in serious ...

Personally, i do not mind waiting as long as the outcome is Permanent Residence. What worries me the most is the long waiting with negative result. After all, we need to keep hope that pr is on it s way regardless of the wait.

Do not worry, you will get ur PR before the 6months inshallah. if not you need just to give em a call to remind them that they have to answer you since the 6monts are gone
