The 3 year residence requirement is for EVERYONE when it comes to home fees, even British students.. You have to have been resident in the UK or another EU state in the 3 years before you start your course. The only exception I know of is for Turkish children of parents working in the UK under the ...

Hey all, here's my final update Application sent 03/05/2011 Ukba received 04/05/2011 Coa received 20/05/2011 RC issued 18/07/2011 RC received 11/08/2011 So so happy. This forum has really helped me. Good luck to people waiting. Your time will come. Keep updating your timelines and give others hope....
