Re: Please help me to become British citizen

So you had 4 kids with a woman who had mental and physical issues to just make sure you remain in the country and exploit the benefit system, no wonder they are making stringent rules to keep the scammers like you out of the borders.

Re: Questions about ILR from Ancestry Visa

Dont you need English language proof or certificate?' correct me if I am wrong.

When I had my ILR done, i did produce the below documents.

12 months pay slips.
12 months Bank statements.
dates out of the country ( last 5 years).

And all the documents from your list.

Re: ILR Eligibility Checking

Regarding the 3rd question he meant he wants to apply directly MN1 for his daughter without including her in his ILR application.(once he gets his ILR).

Re: ILR Eligibility Checking

You cannot apply your daughters MN1 without your ILR, you can exclude her from your ILR application.
That means once you get your ILR, Register her with MN1.

Re: ILR Eligibility Checking

Yes for 2nd and 3rd question.
Regarding the 1st one, your visa issued date is 09th April 2010, but when did you land in UK? if you are landed within 90 days of Visa issued date then you can apply 28 days before your visa expired.

Uday

It doesn't matter, if you want instant results go to premium or if you have patience to wait then go for postal.

FPN will not impact your application, no need to worry you will be fine.

Make sure you disclose this in your application.

Re: Child's BP under 1(3) Travel Query

He can only travel before 90 days from his British registration certificate issue date, if he travel after that, he will have to pay fine 150£ while surrendering his Indian passport.

No need to carry any documents..

All the best,
Uday

Re: Indian Visa

Thanks Ban,

I am going Birm tomorrow to surrender the Indian passport and apply for a visa when I receive surrender certificate.

We have a ticket to India on 10th November, is it realistic if we assume all the above will be sorted by 10th November aor do you advise me to postpone the travel?

Thanks
