minor would be eligible for OCI only if at least one of the parents does not have Indian passport. You can apply for PIO and only you get OCI you can get it converted to OCI(some fee would be there).. if child has indian passport and parents got ILR ....will the rule remain same or is child eligibl...

i called them just to chek their procedure but did'nt compare with what others are doing on the call.

I obtained my ILR from PEO Solihull in July 2011. As others already mentioned here, I can confirm that they first do a very cursory check of your documents (before passing through a security gate), then a caseworker goes thoroughly through your application, and only afterwards the payment is taken....
